ABOUT ME

Hello! I am currently enjoying teaching Bible at a private school in Huntington Beach, California. I am married to Daniel Heffernan and we live in Long Beach with our cute dog Ty! I am loving the opportunity to teach students about the Bible and why it matters to their life every day. I created this website to share my resources with other teachers because the pool of solid, biblical instruction for our students is very limited. 

I graduated from California Baptist University with a degree in Applied Theology and I am finishing up an MA in Theology at Talbot. I love the Lord and find great joy in jumping into God's Word. My passion is to teach young people how to approach God's Word appropriately while they take new steps in their relationship with Jesus. I have worked for six years with youth groups in Southern California and love encouraging young people to pursue the Lord in all things.
